Executive Bio – Phill R-W

Phill is a transformation leader with over 30 years of experience delivering risk, compliance, and finance programmes across FTSE- and HKEX-listed institutions. Based in Hong Kong, he specialises in building scalable, future-ready systems and leading enterprise-wide change initiatives that align governance, risk, and finance with organisational strategy.

He has directed multi-million-dollar programmes including IFRS 17 implementations, Solvency II compliance, and operational risk transformations. His expertise spans programme recovery, PMO setup, and business transformation, with a proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Phill has spearheaded the rollout of SaaS-based eGRC platforms across multiple markets, scaling adoption to thousands of users and embedding sustainable BAU support. He has also led finance and actuarial model transformations, regulatory reporting initiatives, and operational risk programmes for major listed insurers. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles in risk solutions, internal audit, and consultancy, advising financial institutions globally on eGRC platforms, operational risk, and audit methodologies.

A Chartered Accountant (ACA), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and PMP-certified project manager, Phill combines technical rigour with strategic vision. He is recognised for optimising cross-functional resources, mitigating risks, and delivering measurable ROI. His leadership style is purpose-driven, analytical, and collaborative—trusted by executives to navigate regulatory change and build resilient organisations.

Executive Bio – Iris H

Iris is an operations and project management professional with experience in finance, administration, and supplier coordination across Asia and beyond. Based in Hong Kong, she has managed financial reporting, compliance, and audit preparation, while also overseeing residential refurbishment projects from planning through completion.

As Director of WHISPA Limited, Iris handles day-to-day financial operations and collaborates with external accountants to ensure accurate reporting. She also manages project reporting, coordinating contractors, materials, and site inspections.

Her earlier role as Operations Manager for a regional supplier of exterior furniture and fabrics involved leading multi-country teams, managing supplier negotiations, and supporting project delivery with architects and designers. She has also contributed to non-profit organisations, organising fundraising events and managing daily operations.

Iris holds a BA (Hons) in Marketing and Public Relations from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, along with diplomas in business administration and secretarial studies. She is proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with design tools such as Photoshop and Lightroom.
